Your third step, right now, and daily, is self-love.
You can't make progress and maintain it until you love yourself, forgive and accept yourself, and know that you deserve progress and success.
Ride the high of that exercise and listen to these affirmations below right now and every day for 7 days, then check the box after the fourth step. Do it for the prizes and whatnot until you learn to do it just for you.
Take 5 minutes to love yourself. You deserve it. You can also do this at night before bed and go to sleep loving yourself. The important thing is to integrate it into your daily routine.
